A unisex sweatshirt in a standard fit, with a ribbed crew neck, cuffs and hem. The portrait goes on the chest or wherever you place it.
- 80% organic cotton, 20% recycled polyester (grey marl: 73% cotton, 21% polyester, 6% viscose)
- Heavy 320 g/m² fabric, soft to the touch
- Brushed, warm fleece inside
- Ribbed crew neck, cuffs and hem
- Twin-needle seams that keep their shape
- Garnet and olive are a heavier 360 g/m² sweatshirt: 75% cotton, 25% polyester
- Standard unisex fit, sizes XS–3XL (garnet and olive S–3XL)

Washing and care
- Wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle, inside out
- No tumble dryer, no bleach
- Iron at medium heat, inside out and never directly on the embroidery
- Dry cleaning is fine (except with trichloroethylene)

In Croatia we ship to a BoxNow locker or your address; to the rest of the EU by GLS. For gifts we leave the receipt out.

What photo works best?
A sharp photo where your pet is clearly visible, ideally from the front and in daylight, at least 600 px on the longer side. We remove the background ourselves; if something is left over, you can fix the cut-out in the editor.
Can I see what it will look like before I order?
Yes. As soon as you upload a photo, the editor shows a drawing of your pet on the sweatshirt, in the colour and size you choose. The embroidery follows that drawing.
Will the colours match the drawing?
Very closely. We stitch with threads from a fixed palette and pick the nearest shade for each colour in the drawing, so colours may differ a little from the drawing and from your screen in places. The shapes, markings and colour layout stay the same.
How long does it take?
We usually ship a sweatshirt with a portrait in 3 working days. When there are many orders it can take up to 7 working days, and we'll tell you by email. Delivery takes another 1 to 2 days within Croatia and 2 to 4 days to the rest of the EU.
How do I choose a size?
Our sweatshirts are unisex, XS to 3XL (garnet and olive S to 3XL), in a standard fit. The editor has a size chart; between two sizes, take the larger one.
How do I wash an embroidered sweatshirt?
At 30 °C on a gentle cycle, inside out, no tumble dryer and no bleach. Iron at medium heat, and never directly on the embroidery: put a cloth over it.
Can I return a personalised sweatshirt?
Sweatshirts made to your order can't be returned for a change of mind. If the embroidery is damaged or doesn't match your order, we make a new one.
