Making

Every sweatshirt is embroidered to order. We usually ship within 3 working days of order confirmation, or of receiving your payment for bank transfers. When there are many orders it can take up to 7 working days; we'll tell you by email.

Shipping

In Croatia we ship to a BoxNow locker or your address (1 to 2 working days). To other EU countries we ship by GLS to your address (2 to 4 working days). The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns of personalized items

For distance purchases, consumers can usually withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Under consumer protection law this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Every sweatshirt we make carries your pet's portrait, so we can't take it back for a change of mind.

Damaged or wrong items

If the sweatshirt arrives damaged, with a manufacturing fault, or the embroidery doesn't match your order (a different pet, colour, size or name), email us at kontakt@primjer.hr with a photo. We'll make a new one or refund you, and we pay the shipping. Small differences in thread shades, as described in the Terms of sale, are not a manufacturing fault.
