Who processes your data
The controller is nit studio. Full details (name, address, tax number) will be listed before the shop opens. For any question about your data, email kontakt@primjer.hr.
What we collect
For an order: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and the photo and details needed to make the design. Card details are processed by our payment provider Stripe; we never see them.
Photos
The photo you upload is sent to fal.ai, which runs an image model by OpenAI, only to turn it into a drawing for the embroidery. We use it for nothing else. We keep the photo and the drawing with your order to make it and to handle any complaint, and delete them 12 months after delivery, or sooner if you ask.
Why and on what basis
We process your data to perform the contract: to make and ship your order and contact you about it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to meet legal obligations such as keeping invoices (Article 6(1)(c)). If you agree that we show your pet's embroidery on our home page, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the processors we need for your order: Stripe (payment), BoxNow and GLS (delivery), Hetzner (servers in the EU) and fal.ai (making the drawing). fal.ai and OpenAI are based in the USA; we transfer data to them with the safeguards required by the GDPR. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order data and invoices are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires (up to 11 years). Photos and drawings as described above.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing, by emailing kontakt@primjer.hr. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Croatian Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
